The software "PRSS Site Creator" is governed by Volted Interactive's Terms & Conditions & Privacy Policy. PRSS versions 2.0.0 & above (grouped as "PRSS_Next") are classified as Freeware. PRSS 1.16.0 and below are licensed as GPL-3.0.

Why the change in licensing?

The licensing better reflects PRSS contributions as all development is sourced within Volted Interactive.
